Responsibilities and Duties

  • Connect with CIO, CEO, CFO, Top Management and Decision Makers via emails and cold calling for Mobile Apps, Web development, Web designing and CRM.
  • Schedule meetings / Conference calls with clients
  • 2-5 years’ experience in lead generation for IT services in (US/UK/AUS markets) through in similar profile
  • Good understanding of technologies (Mobile technologies, Web technologies and ERP/CRM)
  • Calling all C’Level& decision in the AUS and pitch-in sales to generate leads for Web & Mobile.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Understanding customer’s specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
  • Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Doing Promotion activities and Marketing Activities to achieve sales.
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.

Skills

  • Contact potential international clients through cold calls and emails (US / EUR & UK/ AUS calls)
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. Extracting Data for the Prospect customers
  • Present our company to potential clients. Must be comfortable understanding various accents.
  • Excellent Communication (Spoken and Written English).
  • Giving Presentations to the clients about Digital Marketing, Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Seek new business opportunities proactively in the market
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.  Project Management and Handling Client queries.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Focused on achieving targets (Minimum $15K to $25K per month)
  • Potential to earn Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 75,000 in Commissions + Base Salary
